Overview
The EVS SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) series is a family of compact, high-speed 4-axis robotic arms purpose-built for precision assembly, pick-and-place, packaging, and 3C electronics manufacturing. Covering a payload range of 2 kg to 20 kg with arm spans from 400 mm to 1,000 mm, the EVS SCARA lineup addresses the full range of light industrial automation applications — from sub-±0.02 mm precision PCB assembly to bulk-tray loading of assembled sub-components.
Key models in the series include the EVS600-6L (600 mm reach, 2 kg payload) and EVS700-6L (700 mm reach, 6 kg payload) for compact cell layouts and 3C electronics assembly, the EVS725-10L for camera-plus-gripper tooling applications, and the EVS20-900H and EVS20-1000H (20 kg payload) for automotive battery module handling and heavy sub-assembly loading. All models integrate with the EVS G3 control cabinet, which provides 23 input and 23 output custom I/O channels and supports serial, network, and USB interface configurations.

Precision gear transmission provides low backlash and smooth motion, achieving repeatability of ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm depending on model — suitable for sub-assembly and PCB handling applications.
600 mm to 1,000 mm Arm Span
The series covers compact single-conveyor layouts (600 mm) through to extended dual-tray and magazine formats (1,000 mm) without stepping up to a 6-axis arm.
1 kg to 20 kg Payload Range
Covers vacuum gripper and small component handling at the light end (EVS600-6L, EVS700-6L) through to automotive battery module and heavy sub-assembly loading (EVS20-900H, EVS20-1000H).
G3 Control Cabinet
23 I/O custom channels with serial, network, and USB interface support — integrates with standard conveyor, vision system, and bowl-feeder equipment on existing production lines.
