Construction & Building Automation
Overview
Autonomous robots for the most labor-intensive phases of construction — surface preparation, wall finishing, precision flooring, and outdoor site maintenance — deployed across the UAE and GCC.
Our Solutions
Tile-Laying
Millimeter-accurate autonomous tile installation at construction scale.
Flooring is one of the most rework-prone phases of any large construction project. Manual tiling crews introduce variance in alignment, adhesive coverage, and grout spacing — variance that compounds across the floor plates of hotels, airports, hospitals, and residential towers and shows up in client snagging lists.
Autonomous tile-laying robots eliminate this variance entirely. They place tiles to millimeter tolerances at a daily output rate that manual crews cannot match, running extended shifts across large open floor areas without fatigue-related quality drop.
Wall Finishing — Putty & Latex Spraying
6.2 metres of reach. Full floor-to-ceiling wall finishing. No scaffolding.
Interior wall finishing is one of the most physically demanding and expensive phases of the building process. Manual crews applying putty and latex at height — across hundreds of rooms, corridors, and open plan floors — introduce coating variance, incur scaffolding costs, and expose workers to VOC-heavy environments for extended periods.
The autonomous spraying robot removes all three problems. A 6.2-metre vertical reach covers full floor-to-ceiling spans in a single pass, delivering uniform coating thickness across walls and ceilings with controlled material usage and no human exposure to the finishing environment.
Floor Grinding
Autonomous concrete surface preparation — consistent, dust-controlled, and operator-free.
Concrete surface preparation is the critical step before any flooring, epoxy coating, or polished concrete finish can be applied. Done manually across large areas, it is slow, inconsistent, and generates significant concrete dust exposure for workers — with quality variance that creates rework before finishing can proceed.
The autonomous floor grinding robot navigates large floor areas systematically, applying consistent grinding depth and pressure across the entire surface, with integrated dust extraction managing airborne particles at source.
Outdoor Sweeping
Driverless outdoor sweeping for smart cities, municipalities, and large facility grounds.
Large outdoor sites — roads, pavements, parking areas, campus grounds, and public plazas — require continuous cleaning that is expensive and labor-intensive to staff manually. The moment a sweeping crew is redeployed or reduced, standards drop visibly in high-traffic public environments.
Fully autonomous outdoor sweeping vehicles run these cycles continuously. They plan routes, avoid obstacles, collect waste, suppress dust, and report coverage data — operating in live environments around pedestrians and vehicles without a driver on board.
