EVS Welding Robot — QJR Series
6-axis industrial welding robots for precision arc, MIG, TIG, and spot welding across heavy manufacturing.
Overview
The EVS QJR welding robot series are purpose-built 6-axis industrial robotic arms engineered for high-precision arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and spot welding in manufacturing, fabrication, and heavy industry environments. With welding-specific H-suffix models — including the QJR6-1400H and QJR6-2000H — the QJR series is optimized for continuous weld-path accuracy, hollow-wrist cable management, and integration with leading welding power sources.
The QJR welding series covers a wide application range: from single-station cells for small-batch fabrication to multi-robot linear track configurations for structural frames, rail transit components, pressure vessels, and automotive body-in-white production. Welding-dedicated models feature center-hollow wrist construction that eliminates cable interference during continuous weld cycles, and are configurable with EVS positioner systems supporting workpiece loads from 200 kg to 5,000 kg.
EVS QJR welding robots are available in Dubai, UAE through Ednex Automation, with local sales, demonstration, integration consulting, and after-sales technical support. We serve enterprise clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
Features & Benefits
Welding-Optimized 6-Axis Arm
Hollow-wrist center construction routes welding cables cleanly through the arm, eliminating interference and cable wear during extended continuous weld cycles.
High Repeatability
Achieves positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm or better across the QJR welding range, ensuring consistent weld seam quality across high-volume production runs.
Wide Payload & Reach Range
QJR welding models span from 6 kg payload (QJR6-1400H, 1,456 mm reach) through to heavy structural configurations, covering the full manufacturing application range.
AI Welding System Compatible
The QJR6-1400H and QJR6-2000H are compatible with the EVS-AI welding intelligence layer — 3D vision seam tracking, automatic torch path generation, and self-learning arc parameter adjustment without manual teach-in.
Flexible Cell Configuration
Configurable in single-station, dual-station, and linear track multi-robot layouts. Positioner systems support workpiece payloads from 200 kg to 5,000 kg for large structural fabrication.
Industry Certification
Manufactured under IATF 16949:2016 quality management certification, with CE, SGS, and TÜV third-party certification for GCC and international market compliance.

Applications
MIG & Arc Welding
Structural steel fabrication, general manufacturing, and heavy equipment assembly for consistent, high-throughput weld production.
TIG Welding
Precision welding of thin-section and high-purity materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and aerospace alloys.
Spot Welding
Automotive body-in-white (BIW) door panels, side panels, and sub-assembly joins at production line speeds.
Structural Fabrication
Rail transit structural frames, mining equipment booms, pressure vessels, and long aluminium extrusion assemblies on linear track cells.
Pipe & Vessel Welding
Circumferential and longitudinal seam welding of pipes, vessels, and tanks with positioner integration for full-rotation access.
Small-Batch Fabrication
